Since its establishment, the company has attached great importance to environmental protection and actively carried out comprehensive treatment of environmental pollution. It invested more than 300,000 yuan in the treatment of air pollutants, which enabled the company’s VOCs waste gas to be effectively treated and achieved a better environment. Recently, in response to the implementation of the Zhejiang Province "Zhejiang Province Coating Industry Volatile Organic Compound Pollution Remediation Regulations", the company made the following commitments to the problem of VOCs governance:

         1. The “three simultaneous” system of project environmental protection will be strictly implemented, that is, simultaneous design, simultaneous construction and simultaneous use of the main project;

        2. Standardize the storage, deployment, use and recycling of raw materials, and set up a separate paint mixing room.

        3. Exhaust gas collection device is installed in the painting process that produces organic waste gas, and the painting section adopts negative pressure gas collection. All organic waste gas is discharged after being treated by low-temperature plasma equipment to reach the standard.

        4. Every year, VOCs waste gas shall be tested regularly at the inlet and outlet of the waste gas treatment device and the plant boundary.

        5. Establish a management system for reporting abnormal working conditions, including timely reporting and filing to the local environmental protection department in the event of project shutdown, outage of waste gas treatment facilities, emergency environmental protection accidents, etc.

        Our company will solemnly abide by the above commitments. Otherwise, they will voluntarily accept penalties imposed by the higher-level environmental protection department in accordance with relevant environmental protection laws and regulations.
